| Briefing of Friendly Association Between Xicheng District and Pasadena of the United States |

1997
Given a recommendation by Chinese residing in America, Xicheng District associated with Pasadena at the beginning of 1997.The two parties had exchanged relevant materials. In July of the same year, Twin City Committee of Pasadena came to Beijing to observe, and met with Mr. Wang Changlian, head of Xicheng District.
