On July 1st, a Chinese-English bilingual brochure was published and handed out in Shichahai Area, which is an open-to-media area during 2008 Olympic Games. The brochure mainly serves for volunteers and tourists from across the world. If any tourists' legal right was violated in Shichahai Area, tourists could follow the instructions in this brochure and complain to related departments.
    The brochures are made with extra care, with contents of industrial and commercial references, introduction of attractions in Shichahai Area, information of registered industrial and commercial units, and introduction of some businessmen in Shichahai Area. Zhan Xiaohui, the person in charge of registration department of District Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce, said that the brochure integrates the features of economic bodies and different trades in Shichahai Area with registered information. The brochure is like an "economic map" of Shichahai Area.
    The borchures are in the volunteer-service stands in Shichahai Area. The hand-out of this brochure is also an active attempt of Xicheng District to build up a service-oriented industry and commerce, bring registered information into the open, and popularize service-oriented products.
