So far, 598 families has been chosen as "Olympic Families" in Beijing, which can accommodate more than 1000 tourists from across the world. Among the 598 Olympic Families, 33 of them are in Xicheng District. And 5 of them are quadrangles in Shishahai Area. Wang Jianping, chairman of District Tourist Bureau, said that these quadrangles would help foreign tourists and audieces understand more about Beijing as well as the culture here, and promote the folk exchange between foreigners and citizens in Beijing.
